5 - NAICS Code

Provide the six digit NAICS Code that most clearly describes the initial primary business activities of the entity.

The registered agent of the corporation must be an individual who is a resident of Alaska, or a corporation (excluding LLC, LP, LLP) registered with this office. A corporation may not act as its own registered agent.

The Certificate of Authority of a Foreign Business Corporation must be electronically signed by the president or vice president, and secretary or assistant secretary. If the same person holds two of these positions, two different persons must electronically sign the application, unless that person holds all positions. Note: In accordance with Alaska law, persons who sign documents filed with the commissioner that are known to the person to be false in material respects are guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
