SUBJECT:  Hemlock Lumber
The Division of Trade and Development office in Tokyo received the following trade lead from a Japanese firm interested in imported large quantities of hemlock.

They are interested in dried (15% moisture content), surfaced on four sides, hemlock lumber of the following dimensions: 1,100 mm X 150 mm X 22 mm. The price quote should be for 20 cubic meters, C&F, Tokyo or Yokohama. The company is interested in importing up to 10 containers a month, if possible.
