The booklet: “The Landlord and Tenant Act: What it Means to You” is a publication created to assisted both landlords and tenants in answering basic questions about Landlord Tenant Law in Alaska. The publication is made available by the Alaska Department of Law.

Commission staff cannot offer any legal advice regarding landlord tenant questions. You may contact the Alaska Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Line at 907.272.0352 or 1.800.770.9999 to obtain names and numbers of attorneys who deal specifically in landlord tenant issues.
