Continuing Education Information

Continuing education must be directly related to patient care. CPR is not an acceptable form of continuing education for renewal of a license. While the board agrees that knowing CPR techniques is important, it is the board's opinion that CPR is not an acceptable form of continuing education and hours claimed under that category will not be accepted.

Physical Therapists and Assistants refer to 12 AAC 54.400-430 for continuing education information.

Occupational Therapists and Assistants refer to 12 AAC 54.700-720 for continuing education information.
