The Alaska Division of Investments (ADI), offers for sale vessel(s) listed below.

ADI reserves the right to accept or refuse any and all offers and ADI's decision is final.
This sale is governed by 3 AAC 77.010-.900.
OFFERS DUE: Written offers signed by the party(ies) making the offer may be submitted
at any time and must contain the following information: buyers(s) name, mailing address, telephone number,
the amount of the offer, and indicate if offer is cash or finance offer. ADI reserves the right to request additional
information to complete or supplement any offer.
OFFERS SUBMITTED TO: Mailed to: Alaska Division of Investments, PO Box 34159, Juneau,
AK 99803-4159, Attention: Repossessed Property Officer. Delivered to: Alaska Division of Investments,
3032 Vintage Blvd., Suite 100, Juneau, AK 99801 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., local time.
All offers will be reviewed.
TERMS OF SALE: Minimum 10% down payment within 15 days of acceptance of the offer,
with the balance due within 30 days on cash sales. Financing may be available. If financing
is requested, a completed loan application package with all necessary fees should be included
with the offer, but must be received by ADI no later than 15 days after acceptance of the offer,
together with the down payment.
All items are sold as is, where is, with no implied or expressed warranty of condition whatsoever.
The Department reserves the right to refuse any and all offers.
If no offer is accepted, ADI may accept and review new offers without re-advertising. Offers
are not binding unless accepted by ADI in writing and are subject to approval of vessel transfer.
