BULLETIN B00-03

TO: ALL SURPLUS LINES BROKERS, RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF ALASKA

RE: CORRECTIONS TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINES INSURERS IN THE STATE OF ALASKA

On January 13, 2000, the Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B 00-01, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to AS 21.34.050. As stated in that bulletin, an addendum to it would be issued, if necessary.

The purpose of this bulletin is to amend Bulletin B 00-01 by making the following changes:

  1. SPHERE DRAKE INSURANCE LIMITED was listed in error and is hereby removed.
  2. The incorrect listing of GGU INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE PLC is hereby corrected to read CGU INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE PLC.

AA 1120701 ATLAS ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED has requested to be removed and is hereby deleted from the list.

All other information in Bulletin B 00-01 remains in effect until further notice.
