The Alaska Division of Insurance has received a request by Premera to review the proposed conversion transaction and approve as required under Alaska Statute and regulations. The information in the following "pdf" files explains the proposed transaction and provides documents drafted to facilitate completion of the proposed conversion.

Because Premera is a group that is domiciled in Washington state, this proposed transaction is being reviewed for approval by Washington State regulatory authorities in addition to Alaska regulatory authorities. This is an ongoing review process and information will be provided periodically throughout the course of the review.
