Workers’ Compensation Loss Costs
The Alaska
Division of Insurance has approved the request by the National Council
on Compensation Insurance, Inc. (NCCI) for no change to the current
loss costs and assigned risk rates during 2001.
The loss cost
filing for 2001 submitted by NCCI to the division proposed that
the current loss costs and assigned risk rates remain in effect,
without change, for new and renewing policies effective on and after
January 1, 2001.
