In Bulletin B92-08, the Affidavit of Due Diligence Form was modified to show the producer certification required by AS 21.34.080(c), as amended. However, the form was issued with an error in the language concerning that certification. That language has been deleted. The new wording accurately reflects the intent and content of AS 21.34.080(c).

A copy of the new form is attached hereto. It can be copied for filing current and subsequent required reports.
