Registered Nurse, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license renewals end November 30, 2014. Online renewal for RNs and ANPs is now available. CRNAs need to renew by paper and will receive the renewal form in the mail at the beginning of October.

Note: Be sure to choose the “Renew a Professional License Online” option on the online renewal web page.

Copies of your renewed license will not be sent out. License renewals can be verified in the Professional License Search. Enter your last name and NUR for the Board. You can also print the Confirmation/Receipt from the online renewal web page.

If you prefer to submit a paper renewal application, you can download the application from our
RN Applications web page and the ANP/CRNA Applications web page. Please note: processing time for paper applications is three to four weeks.

Do not let your license lapse. Reinstatement costs time and money.
