Bethel Permit required. 15.12.020  
Bethel Recreation and open space dedications. 17.24.290 Requires at least eighty percent of recreation and open space dedication to not be developed (land such as wetlands, swamp areas, floodways, drainage ways, excessively steep areas).
Bethel Intent 18.20.010  
Matanuska-Susitna Borough Setbacks for Shorelands. 17.55.020 Requires 75-foot setback from high water mark of watercourse or body of water for most structures and footings.
Matanuska-Susitna Borough Pollution Prohibited 8.25.050 Prohibits pollution of any lake, stream or other body of water.
Soldotna/KPB Kenai River Overlay District (KROD) 17.10.285 Establishes special overlay requirements to control erosion, ground or surface water contamination, or adverse alteration of riparian habitat.
