Soldotna/KPB Kenai River Overlay District (KROD) 17.10.285 Establishes special overlay requirements to control erosion, ground or surface water contamination, or adverse alteration of riparian habitat.
Unalaska WATERSHED DISTRICT. 8.12.100 Proposals for conditional use within watershed district examined by planning commission for impact on ground/surface water supplies; surface water runoff/erosion, and alteration of natural drainage patterns.
