Municipality Ordinance Title Number Applicability to Management Measure
Bethel Evaluation of application. 15.12.040 B. 3. All road/highway crossings of drainage shall be properly culverted to accommodate drainage.
Bethel Evaluation of application. 15.12.040 B. 6. Where additional runoff may overload downstream drainage facility, new development may not be approved until provision has been made for elimination of potentially adverse downstream effects.
Bethel Submittal, form and contents. 17.12.030 Requires soil testing, logs and borings to determine whether soils are suitable for surface and storm water drainage, street construction and on-site sewage disposal and to determine street construction and drainage system standards to be applied.
Homer Design Criteria Manual -- Adopted 11.04.058 Adopts by reference the "Design Criteria Manual for Streets and Storm Drainage" to augment Chapter 11.04 standards and govern site reconnaissance, survey and soils and design for streets and storm drains.
Homer Drainage and erosion control. 11.04.080 Sets standards relating to road drainage and erosion control, in accordance with Design Criteria Manual.
Homer Construction requirements. 11.04.140 Sets standards for street construction in conformance with Design Criteria Manual, including restoration of streets and rights-of-way to original grade/condition.
Juneau Appendix 33 Excavation and grading. 19.03 Adopts by reference 1997 UBC, Volume 1: Appendix Chapter 33, Excavation and Grading which sets standards for grading, cuts, fills, drainage and terracing, and erosion control.
