Anchorage Wastewater discharge restrictions 15.65.020 Requires lots serving single-family dwelling with well or public water to have on-site waste water disposal system or public sewer; restricts discharge of wastewater to on-site wastewater disposal system or public sewer.
Anchorage On-site wastewater disposal permits. 15.65.030 Permit required for installation or modification of on-site wastewater disposal system, earth privy or vault privy. Requirements include site plan, design, results of soil, percolation and water table tests, description of probable impacts to adjac
Anchorage Regulations applicable to flood hazard district. 21.60.050.A.5.b. On-site waste disposal systems constructed within floodplain be located to avoid impairment to them or contamination from them during flooding.
Bethel Water and sewer systems. 15.08.090 New or replacement water supply/sanitary sewage/on-site systems will be designed/constructed to minimize/eliminate infiltration of floodwaters into systems and discharge from systems into floodwaters.
Juneau Private sewage disposal. 75.02.060 Requires inspection for compliance of private sewage disposal systems; regulates operation and maintenance.
Ketchikan Gateway Borough Inspection and maintenance of on-site sewerage systems 17.10.120 (b) Borough is responsible for ensuring inspection/maintenance of all new sewerage (on-site included) systems installed through sewer enterprise fund.
Ketchikan Gateway Borough Inspection and maintenance of on-site sewerage systems 17.10.120(a) Requires owner of property seeking zoning permit to provide borough with copy of DEC approved on-site sewerage system plan.
Matanuska-Susitna Borough Setbacks for Shorelands. 17.55.020 Requires 100-foot setback from water body or watercourse for subsurface sewage disposal system.
Petersburg Private sewage disposal--Permit and inspection required. 14.08.040 Written permit from city engineer required prior to construction of private sewage disposal system. Permit not effective until new sewage disposal system is inspected.
Unalaska PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL. ? 11.04.020 In case of new construction, it shall be the responsibility of the owner of record to contact the city for an examination by an inspector to insure compliance with all requirements of pertinent ordinances, rules, regulations, or statutes.
