Anchorage Implementation--Anchorage Wetlands Management Plan. 21.05.115 Requires maintenance of open space where necessary to protect hydrologic; habitat values of wetlands on developed/adjacent property
Anchorage Subdivision design - reserve tract 21.80.100 Platting authority requires that wetland designated for preservation in wetlands management plan be designated as reserve tract.
Bethel Permit--Required for floodplain construction. 15.08.040 Floodplain use permit required before developing/constructing in floodplain or modifying/relocating watercourse
Matanuska-Susitna Borough USE AND LOCATION OF FACILITIES. 8.25.040 Septic tank, privy, seepage pit or subsurface disposal field may not be located within 100 feet of a well or within 100 feet of a lakeshore, stream, or any other body of water.
