Community Sanitation Overview:
The City of Bethel has 5803 residents living in approximately 1700 functional hundred housing units. Seventyfive percent of the City of Bethel is on the water and sewer haul system. Tanker Trucks deliver water and evacuate sewer on a frequency requested by the customer. The remaining thirty percent has piped water and Sewer.  
RUBA Status & Activities This Qtr:
The City of Bethel send in finance reports up to October 2010 and a FY 2010 budget. Bethel got a new finance director in November 2010. In December 2010 LGS staff met with the city clerk and city manager. An Authorization to Request Federal Tax Information form was given to the city manager in order to address the deficient essential indicator. The manager said he would give the form to the mayor, and then contact the LGS. The last RUBA assessment was conducted on 11/15/04.
