One of the functions of the Securities is to investigate complaints. Most complaints are registered by
unhappy investors and the reasons are diverse. These should be reported
to the division using Form 08-115A. Some complaints are registered by shareholders
in ANCSA (Native) corporations. These latter complaints should be reported
using Form 08-115B. Copies of both forms are available to be filled out
online on this web site.
