In connection with the offering in Alaska of securities pursuant to Rule 506 of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933 (15 U.S.C. 77r(b)(4)(D)), Alaska will accept the filing of a SEC Form D and a consent to service of process, together with appropriate fees* calculated under 3 AAC 08.015(a)(3), within fifteen (15) days of the first sale of securities in this state.

*Fees are calculated as follows:
  October 1, 1999 or after:
 

$600 for one year or $1,100 for two years, if an automatic one-year extension request is filed with the initial notice filing.
